Sunrise TV Box UHD cannot connect to the WLAN

Most recently modified:

Make sure that the Sunrise Internet Box WLAN isn't turned off.

Restart your TV Box by disconnecting the power for 10 seconds.

For the WLAN connection, press the Wi-Fi button on your Sunrise Internet Box until its "TV" LED light starts to blink. Next, push the yellow button on the Sunrise TV remote control.

If the problem persists after the restart, please take the following steps:

The Sunrise Internet box has a reset button on the left side. Please use a paperclip or other pointed object to press the button for 10 seconds.
Once the modem comes back online after the reset, the TV box should recognize the Sunrise Internet Box WLAN, and the installation can be completed.

If the problem persists, you can change the channel of the 5 GHz WLAN to 100 or lower. After that, the WLAN should be recognized by the TV Box, and the installation can be completed. You can change channels on the 5 GHZ channel using the user interface of the Sunrise Internet Box. To access the Sunrise Internet Box user interface, enter the address or into your Web browser.
