I am expecting an e-mail. But I don't receive it. What could be the cause?
The following could have caused this.
Please check that the sender entered the e-mail address correctly.
Please check to make sure that the sender sent the e-mail properly and it isn't stuck in the outbox.
Make sure that the e-mail has not landed in the SPAM folder.
In order to protect our customers, Sunrise only accepts e-mails that are assigned to a certain sender. E-mails from unregistered mail servers are generally used to send spam or to collect and sell valid customer e-mail addresses.
When this occurs, the sender will receive the following error message: "550 5.7.1 Fix reverse DNS for xx.xxx.xxx.xx, or use your ISP server".
