I accidentally marked a sender as spam. How can I undo this?

Log into your Sunrise webmail. In order to ensure that certain e-mails do not end up in the "Spam" folder in the future, proceed as follows.

  1. Open the "Spam" folder.
  2. Select the e-mail concerned and click the "No Spam" button.
  3. The e-mail will now be moved to your inbox (Inbox folder). Future e-mails from this sender will then cease to be treated as spam, meaning they will no longer be automatically sent to the "Spam" folder.
