SME SecureConnect is a complete solution for small and medium-sized enterprises. It combines Business Internet, cloud calling, integrated security features and support in one offer. Instead of managing multiple providers and contracts, you get a single solution with a single point of contact and a single bill, without having to establish your own IT resources. Depending on your needs, SME SecureConnect can be expanded with additional options and adapted flexibly to suit your company’s requirements.
SME SecureConnect M, L and XL include Business Internet with a range of services, cloud calling licences for up to four users, cybersecurity integrated into the network (DNS security, web filtering and firewall as a service), and Business Standard Support. DNS security, web filtering and firewall as a service are included. The Fortinet cybersecurity solutions protect against phishing, malware and dangerous websites at the network level. In addition, integrated security mechanisms monitor data traffic, helping to detect and block any suspicious activity at an early stage.
Domain Name System security (DNS security) checks website requests and blocks known dangerous domains before a connection is established, so that employees cannot open them. Web filtering adds granular browsing controls and company-specific Internet usage policies to DNS security.
If the main connection fails, the Mobile Backup option automatically provides you with an additional mobile connection via the multi-award-winning Sunrise 5G network. Employees can continue to work, applications remain accessible and important business processes will not be interrupted.
Yes. Existing phone numbers can be transferred. This means that your customers and business partners will still be able to contact you on the known business numbers.
No. SME SecureConnect has been developed for companies that don’t want to deal with any technical complexity or have scarce IT resources. The solution provides basic telecommunications services in a bundle, is managed centrally and is easy to set up (plug & work).
Yes. You can flexibly expand or add additional phone users, higher bandwidths, Mobile Backup via 5G, fixed IP addresses, service level upgrades and lots of other options as you require.
A fixed IP address is a fixed Internet address that does not change. It is a sensible option if you want to securely access your company’s systems while on the go or working from home, or if certain applications require constant, unambiguous availability.

Connecting several locations via a fixed connection
Operation of dedicated applications or servers, e.g. for files, cameras or business applications

There are three different options for the installation of SME SecureConnect, depending on your requirements. This means you can decide for yourself whether you want to carry out the installation yourself or have it done by our specialists. Self Installation is free of charge. Additional costs are incurred for the Business Installation and Business Installation Premium options, and these costs are indicated during the order process.

SME SecureConnect is designed to be as easy as possible to set up. Lots of components are already pre-configured, which minimises the amount of work. You set up the solution yourself using the instructions provided.Business Installation
We will work with you to set up your Internet and telephone connection based on your needs. Business Installation is designed for companies with up to 12 phones (physical or in the cloud) and will ensure a smooth start.Business Installation Premium
Business Installation Premium is the right choice for larger or more complex office environments with up to 100 phones (physical or in the cloud). We can set up Internet, calling and additional optional services like fixed IP, Mobile Backup, Wi-Fi Extender, TV or advanced telephone configuration for you individually. This means you’ll benefit from a smooth start.

Yes. During the site check, a technician on site will check whether your physical and technical circumstances are optimised for the installation of Internet and calling. This is recommended if you do not know exactly what the requirements are at your location. This means potential challenges can be identified early on and unnecessary follow-up appointments can be avoided.
If necessary, you can add the site check (Business Site Check) for a fee during the order process.
SME SecureConnect is based on a modular structure. You choose the services and options that your company actually needs. This ensures that costs remain transparent and predictable. All one-off costs and recurring costs are clearly displayed during the order process. All prices exclude VAT, with the exception of Business Legal Insurance and Business Cyber Insurance. These products are exempt from VAT.
