Server Housing and colocation refer to the same model: you operate your own servers in a professional data centre.  

Yes. You remain the owner of your hardware, and operate and maintain your servers yourself. Sunrise Business has no access to your data. 

Our data centres are in Zurich, Basel, Bern and Lausanne. Your data therefore remains entirely in Switzerland. 

You organise the transport of your servers to the data centre yourself. We provide professional on-site support for the installation, cabling and commissioning of your hardware. 

Physical access is possible around the clock with your personal badge and your key for the rack. You also have remote access to your systems at all times. 

The data centres have a multi-level security system with access controls, video surveillance, fire-detection and extinguishing systems, and emergency lighting. All systems are monitored 24/7. Sunrise uses exactly the same data centres for its highly critical telecommunications infrastructure as you do as a customer. 

Power and cooling are fully redundant. 

Connectivity is not included as standard but can be added flexibly from Sunrise Business. We would be happy to advise you on our solutions .  

Our infrastructure is monitored 24/7. In the event of faults and emergencies, defined and tried-and-tested alert and escalation procedures come into effect. 

Visits are possible on request and are organised individually.
