View and manage all SBC requests submitted by your team members

The «My Approvals» page allows you to view and manage all SBC requests submitted by your team members. This guide will help you understand how to use each feature on the page efficiently.
Overview
You can access the «My Approvals» page from the top navigation bar of your SBC account. The «My Approvals» page displays a table of all SBC requests submitted by your team, including requests that are:
Pending your approval
Already approved or rejected
Expired or marked as not applicable
You will find detailed information for each request and the tools to manage them effectively.
Table overview
Search Feature
Use the search field to quickly find requests by your team member's name. Start typing a first or last name, and suggested matches will be displayed. Click a name to filter the table, or press Enter to view all matching results.
Status Filter Dropdown
Use the Approval Status filter dropdown to narrow down the table based on the approval status. Options include:
All (default)
Pending
Approved
Rejected
Not applicable
Expired
Table structure
Each row in the table represents an individual request with the following information structured in columns:
Date: The date the request was submitted
Name: Full name of the SBC user who submitted the request
Request Type:
• New - subscription/device/extra SIM
• Transfer - subscription/device
• Cease - subscription/device
Approval Status: Current status of the request
Actions: Options to Approve/Reject or View Details of the request
Approval actions
You can approve or reject a request by clicking the corresponding button in the «Approval» column.
Upon clicking, a pop-up will appear prompting you to leave a comment before submitting your decision.
Note: If you have assigned a deputy for approvals, the Approve/Reject buttons will be disabled for you as they are enabled for the deputy in their SBC profile only.
View details
To view the full request details, click on the «View details» button in the same row. This action will take you to a new page showing all related request information. To find out more about how to navigate on this page, click here.
Sorting the table
By default, the table is sorted by Date (most recent first). You can also sort the table by:
Name
Request Type
Approval Status
To change sorting, simply click on the column headers.
