BILANZ Telekom-Rating 2019 and CW Satisfaction Survey


Sunrise has been named "Best Universal Provider for SMEs and Large-Scale Companies" and
"Best Mobile Communications Provider" in the 2019 BILANZ Telecom Rating.

Sunrise also came out on top overall in the 2019 Computerworld Top 500 Satisfaction Survey,
in which it was selected "Best Telecom, Internet, and Network Provider."

Best results in the 2019 BILANZ Telekom Rating

For 20 years now, the business magazine BILANZ has been conducting the biggest independent customer survey in the Swiss telecommunications market. Sunrise has consistently received top ratings from business and private customers in the survey over the years. This year was no different, as Sunrise was named "Best Universal Provider for SMEs and Large-Scale Companies" and "Best Mobile Communications Provider" for business customers.

Sunrise also finished ahead of its major Swiss competitors in the categories "Internet Service Provider & Corporate Network" and "Landline Calling".

What's more, Sunrise also traditionally beats out its three main competitors in the surveys of private customers in the categories "Mobile Communication" and "TV".

 

Winner of the 2019 Computerworld Top 500 Satisfaction Survey

Business customers once again chose Sunrise as the best telecommunications company in the sixth annual Computerworld Top 500 Satisfaction Survey. Sunrise finished ahead of the competition by a large margin and was named "Best Telecom, Internet, and Network Provider." It accomplished this by earning top marks in the overall assessment ("Total") and in the categories "Price", "Customer Orientation", "Sector Expertise", and "Support after Sign-Up". Computerworld summed up the results as follows: "Companies love Sunrise".

The picture is pretty much the same with regard to private customers, as Sunrise came out on top in a neck-and-neck race by gaining top marks from private customers in the categories "General Satisfaction", "Repair Costs", "Goodwill", and "Friendliness".
