HD Voice is available on the entire Sunrise network
Sunrise customers benefit from HD Voice audio technology over the entire mobile network (2G/3G/4G). This modern transmission technology uses a wider frequency range and filters out distracting background noise, so callers' voices can be heard much more clearly. As of 2015, HD Voice is now even supported by double the bandwidth and even better quality.
Both callers must be in the same mobile network in order to use the technology. Both callers also need an HD Voice-capable mobile phone.
You don't need to do anything to activate it – HD Voice is available to all Sunrise customers, automatically and free of charge.
