Energy, labour and operating costs play a crucial role in the provision of our telecommunications services.
In 2022, Switzerland recorded the highest rate of inflation for many years at 2.8%. In 2023, we saw further price increases of 2.1%. For the current year, an average annual inflation rate of 1.5% is expected, along with an average increase of 18% for energy costs.
Like many other companies, we can no longer absorb the extra costs through cost efficiency alone. As a result, we’re adjusting the prices of your Sunrise Business mobile and landline subscriptions, the prices of which have remained unchanged over the past few years. Your monthly subscription fees will increase by 3.8%.
The price adjustment for Sunrise Business Mobile and landline subscriptions will apply for existing business customers from 1 September 2024. You’ll see the adjusted price for the first time on your September bill in, for example, your My Sunrise account or your Sunrise Business Portal.
