Overview of your team members
Summary
The «My team» page provides comprehensive details about each team member assigned to you.
The page displays the following information about your team members:
Name
Email
A direct search located right above the table («Search name») allows you to perform quick searches across the list using the member's name.
Export: download the excel file with all details related to your team members.
By clicking on a team member expands the row with the following information:
Mobile number(s): all mobile numbers associated to the employee. If the employee possesses a main mobile number, it will be identified as Primary number.
Rate plan: the name and description of the subscription.
Device: name of the device(s) associated to the team member.
IMEI: the unique identification number assigned to the device.
Managing devices and subscriptions of your team members
As a line manager in SBC, you have the possibility to manage both the devices and subscriptions of your team members directly from the «My team» page. This functionality is designed to support your role in overseeing your team’s mobile resources, helping you handle changes efficiently and reduce delays in device or subscription management.
If your organization has granted the necessary permissions, you will see action icons next to each team member’s assigned device and mobile number. These allow you to:
Transfer a device or subscription to another employee or to private use
Transfer a subscription to another employee or to private use
Delete a device that is no longer needed
Cease (cancel) a subscription that is no longer required
Note: These actions will only appear if the team member has an active device or subscription, and if the corporate policy allows such operations.
Once an action is initiated, the request will follow the standard flow in SBC. All requests you submit will be visible in your «My Requests» section. The team member who is the device owner or the subscription owner will also see the request in their own «My Requests» page, and both of you will receive confirmation emails, clearly showing who submitted the request.
Note: If there is already a request in progress for a device or subscription, related actions will be temporarily disabled. You will be able to try again once the given request is completed.
