To avoid any inconvenience, please take the following 4 steps:

  1. Check whether your new provider has reception where you need it. 
  2. Check your earliest possible outport date, based on your contract duration and cancellation period.
  3. If you have a device plan, pay all charges and fees due before the outport request. Remaining installments due can delay the process.
  4. Cancel your contract before you authorize your new provider to outport the number.
