Flex Upgrade is available for all smartphones and tablets from Sunrise. Add Flex Upgrade directly when purchasing your device or activate the option within the first 28 days after receiving your smartphone or tablet. All tariff information can be found in the overview.

For repairs, you’ll be charged an excess of between CHF 50.– and CHF 150.–, depending on the original price of your device (excluding discounts).
Price of device – up to CHF 899.99: CHF 50.–
Price of device – from CHF 900.– to CHF 1399.99: CHF 100.–
Price of device – from CHF 1400.– to CHF 2500.–: CHF 150.—

With Flex Upgrade, the choice is yours. You can switch to a less expensive or more expensive device. The monthly price of the device, as well as the Flex Upgrade fee, is calculated based on the retail price of the new device (excluding discounts).
Your previous device plan will be cancelled and all outstanding payments (including the remaining rate if you have Smart Upgrade) will be waived. A new device plan will be created and Flex Upgrade will be activated for the new device. You must return or send in your old device within 14 days of receiving the new one. If you fail to do so, you will be billed for any outstanding payments on your device plan (including the remaining rate if you have Smart Upgrade). The new device plan cannot be cancelled.
