Sunrise Rewards is the loyalty program created to thank you for being connected with Sunrise. Collect points and redeem them for special experiences and events — from tickets to exclusive tech and device offers.

Frequently Asked Questions about Sunrise Rewards
You can redeem your points in exchange for rewards that are available for your level – provided you’ve got enough points. To do so, simply go to the Sunrise Rewards page, select your reward and confirm you want to cash in the points.
Use your points before they expire. Any unused points will expire two years after they were collected.
The points from the bill will be credited as soon as your bill is visible in your My Sunrise account.
Total points
You can view all your points in your Sunrise Rewards account.
Monthly points
The points you receive through your monthly bill will appear in your Sunrise Rewards account in the activity section — no later than about 24 hours after the bill has been issued.
The welcome points were devised to recognise both your current level and your loyalty to Sunrise.
When you join Sunrise Rewards, we look at how long you’ve been with Sunrise and reward this length of time with a starting credit of points. The longer you’ve been a Sunrise customer, the more welcome points you’ll get.
Your welcome points therefore reflect two aspects:
Your current Sunrise Rewards level
How long you’ve been a Sunrise customer
This is why customers who have been with Sunrise for many years start with a correspondingly higher number of welcome points – to thank them for their loyalty.
For some purchases, the points can’t be credited and used immediately because the purchase requires a second step for final confirmation. In such cases, the points are initially assigned the status «reserved».
As soon as the purchase has been completed, the points automatically switch from the «reserved» status to the «available» status. This is indicated with every purchase.

You automatically collect Sunrise Rewards points on your monthly recurring costs for eligible Sunrise products.
The basic rule is: CHF 1 = 1 point.
Points are calculated based on your eligible monthly costs after discounts and credits have been deducted, and then rounded to full points. The points are credited as soon as your bill is available in My Sunrise.

Devices with a monthly device plan
What does not count:
One-time fees
Roaming costs
Dunning fees
Activation fees
Paper bill charges
Devices or accessories with one-time payment
Discounts and credits
Discounts and credits are deducted from the calculation. This means the number of points may be lower than the total bill amount.
Example: If your eligible monthly costs after discounts are CHF 59.90, you collect around 60 points.
Level changes are processed on a monthly basis and will only be visible on the second day of each month. From this day onwards, the correspondingly updated benefits will also be available to you.
Your participation in Sunrise Rewards depends on how many active, eligible Sunrise products you have.
If you no longer have any active, eligible products, your participation in Sunrise Rewards will end.
If at least one eligible product remains active, you’ll remain part of the program – but your level may change accordingly.
Sunrise Rewards is currently not available for the following types of customers:
Small, medium and large companies
BCS customers without any Sunrise products with a recurring monthly fee
Residential customers with Sunrise offers without a recurring monthly fee
Sunrise employees who only have a company phone number
Prepaid customers
Yes, some benefits expire and have different expiry dates to create room for new offers.
Different terms of use apply to the various offers. You can make use of your benefits with your available points.
To view your status and available offers, visit your Sunrise Rewards account.
Unfortunately, that’s not possible. The discounts on Netflix or Disney+ only apply to newly concluded contracts that are activated via Sunrise Rewards.
Yes, you can pass on the second voucher to another person. However, vouchers can’t be combined or used one after the other for the same account. This means you can’t use the second voucher at a later date to extend your own Perplexity Pro subscription to two years.
Each voucher can only be redeemed once and must be used for a separate, eligible account.
