Current service notes and malfunctions

Dear customer,


we would like to inform you of a major service incident on a supplier’s platform that occurred yesterday afternoon starting at approximately 16:00. The cause was a failure of a third-party infrastructure component, which impacted several internal systems as well as customer-facing services.

Although the issue was temporarily resolved, we are unfortunately still experiencing disruptions to some services that are partially or fully unavailable:

  • For residential customers, the following services are currently unavailable: customer service, self-service functions (My Sunrise, e-shop), sales services in shops, voicemail services, the TV app as well as premium SMS.

  • For business customers, the following services are currently unavailable: customer service / hotlines / My Sunrise portal and roaming cockpit, voicemail, SMS Link (customers with API), premium SMS, Sunrise Business Portal (e.g. call forwarding and routing). Business customers will be informed of the details by their customer advisors (Key Account Managers).
