How do I return my device?
If we have contacted you to return your device, follow the steps below.
Note: If we have not contacted you (via mail, email or a call from an agent), you don't have to worry about returning your device.
1. Create a return label and print it
If you already have a label - great! If not, you can create a separate label here. If you want to return multiple devices, you can place them all in one package using one return label. Please note that a printed label can only be used once.
2. Place the label on your package
Please make sure that you affix the label carefully and in a clearly visible location at the right bottom of the largest side of the package.
