Billing and payment interval
As a rule, the UPC cable connection is billed through your rental ancillary costs. If this is not the case, you will receive a separate invoice. In many Sunrise or Yallo subscriptions, the cable connection is already included, thus no separate billing is necessary.

Delivery and payment of the invoice
Choose how you want to receive and pay the invoice for your UPC cable connection. You have the following options:
eBill
The invoice goes directly to your e-banking account, specifically to your eBill mailbox, and can be paid securely and quickly with a few clicks.
Direct debit (LSV / Direct Debit)
Simply register the direct debit with your bank, and your outstanding invoices will be automatically settled in the future.
Invoice by email
You receive the invoice as a PDF by email and pay it via e-banking or direct debit.
Invoice by post
You receive the invoice by post and pay it via e-banking or at the post office counter, with a handling fee charged for payments at the post office counter.
