You can check the payment status of already received bills online in My Sunrise.

Or, you can check the payment status directly on your mobile phone.

Simply enter the key sequence *134# on your mobile phone and press “Talk.” You will immediately receive free notification with the total of the outstanding bill balance.

  • This service is available to all Sunrise private customers with a mobile subscription (excludes prepaid customers).
  • The amount of your open bill refers to the customer number that the mobile phone is tied to and with which the query was made.
  • The amount of the bill can include several unpaid bills.
