If you see a black screen when using the Sunrise TV Box UHD functions Live TV, Comeback TV or VoD (Netflix works), this could be due to the new HDCP encoding.
Please follow the following instructions to solve these problems:
- Separate the HDMI cable from the TV.
- Restart your TV Box by disconnecting its power source for 10 seconds, then wait ca. 30 seconds.
- Reconnect the HDMI cable with the TV.
Important: The TV must remain on and connected to the correct input channel (source) during the above steps. Please use the "STB" HDMI input on your TV.
