Discount or promotion missing

It is possible that your discount has expired. Your bill will usually state how long the discount is valid for (e.g., 12 or 24 months).

Where can I find discounts or promotions?

New discounts and promotions are valid starting the following month.

If you are granted a discount after the beginning of a month, it generally takes effect starting the following month. Discounts or promotions are not granted retroactively for the previous month.
