Discount or promotion missing
You can’t find a discount on your invoice? It may be that the discount has expired.
Where can I find my discounts or promotions?
Discounts and promotions are sometimes grouped together on your Sunrise invoice and not always listed individually.
You can always find an overview of your active discounts in the online billing assistant on My Sunrise:
Good to know
New discounts and promotions are valid from the following month.
So if a discount or promotion is granted to you after the start of a month, it will only apply from the next month onward.
Discounts per product
The active discounts per product can be found on the product detail pages in My Sunrise.
To do so, select the desired product under "My products" and find the discounts in the "Monthly costs" section:
