Payment by direct debit

Payment by direct debit is free of charge.

Simply set up the direct debit with your bank, and your outstanding Sunrise bills will be paid automatically. Of course, you will continue to receive your bill the normal way.

Log in to My Sunrise and select the payment method Direct debit

Receive confirmation

As soon as your bank has processed your request, we will send you a confirmation notification (e.g., by SMS).

From this point onward, your bills will be paid by direct debit (LSV).

Take note of the processing time

It can take up to 4 weeks to fully process the request.

In the meantime, please pay your bill by using a different payment method (e.g., online banking).
