Services used in the previous month
After your last subscription month, you will receive the bill for the additional services you used during the previous month as usual.
Anything that is not part of your subscription (e.g., roaming fees) will be listed here.
Don’t forget: Return devices
Please make sure that you return your Sunrise devices within three months after you cancel your subscription. Otherwise, you may be charged penalty fees.
Create a return label here and return your device to us free of charge.
Keep your receipt as proof of return.
Subscription fees charged in advance are credited to the next bill or the final bill on a pro rata basis.
