  • Sunrise mobile, Internet and TV subscriptions can only be canceled over the phone or via Sunrise Live Chat. Written cancellations by mail, fax or e-mail are not valid. Options for subscriptions can still be canceled online via My Sunrise.

  • Your subscription will be marked as canceled in My Sunrise immediately after cancellation. In addition, you will receive a cancellation confirmation via SMS shortly after the cancellation process has been completed. If requested, we can send you a cancellation confirmation by e-mail or mail. Calls are recorded. If you cancel via Live Chat, you can have the chat history sent to you.

  • Calls or chats within Switzerland are of course free of charge. If you cancel from abroad, you will be charged the usual call/data fees if calls or data are not already included in your subscription or roaming package.


For Prepaid no cancellation is necessary

If the prepaid connection is not used for 17 months (no calls, data, or SMS), the prepaid number and remaining balance will be permanently deleted. Sunrise will inform you via SMS and email before the deletion takes place. Since there are no monthly costs associated with Sunrise prepaid plans, we cannot process a cancellation.
