After placing your order, the devices will be delivered to you by post. In the meantime, you can prepare for Home Security by creating a My Sunrise login and downloading the Home Security app.
A technician is included with both the Home Security Basic subscription with professional installation and the Home Security Complete subscription. Once your devices have been delivered, you will receive instructions on how to arrange an installation appointment. A technician will then come to your home to install and set up your Home Security devices.
Your Home Security devices will be delivered to your address by post.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an SMS with a link to track your delivery.
