Sunrise Voice Mailbox for your landline

The Sunrise Voice Mailbox is the answering machine for your Sunrise landline connection and ensures that you never miss important calls or messages – even when you are on the phone or unavailable. In this guide, you will learn how to activate the Voice Mailbox, which requirements must be met, and which practical functions are available to you.

Requirements

  • An active landline product

  • Connect Box 1, Connect Box 2, Connect Box 3 modem (HFC/Fibre/DSL)

Activate Sunrise Voice Mailbox

  1. You can activate the Sunrise Voice Mailbox via My Sunrise or check whether the option is already activated. Log in, click on “My products” and select your landline product. Then open “My options” and add the “Voice Mailbox” option if needed.

  2. Alternatively, you may contact our customer service at 0800 707 707 to activate it.

Functions

Call forwarding on/off

  • Turn on when busy: *67*0860441234567# (0441234567 = your phone number)

  • Turn off when busy: #67#

  • Turn on immediate forwarding of all calls: *21*0860441234567#

Accessing your Voice Mailbox

Note

When you set up your Sunrise Voice Mailbox for the first time, you will be guided step by step through all functions. You may also define your personal PIN code and up to three direct dial numbers.

Options during playback of voice messages

  • Repeat voice message: 1

  • Delete voice message: 2

  • Save voice message: 3

  • Caller information: 4

    (Function is disabled if caller information announcement is activated by default)

  • Print fax (only in fax menu): 6

  • Rewind 8 seconds: 7

  • Back to start of message: 77

  • Back to previous message: 777
