Duration and early payoff
The Sunrise device plan/accessory plan runs for 24 months. However, after the first 30 days, you can cancel it by paying the outstanding installments, for example, in a Sunrise shop or when a purchasing a new device in My Sunrise.
Device plan extension
For extension of a device plan signed prior to June 1st, 2022 please contact us. More recent device plans are not eligible for extension.
Device plan without Sunrise mobile subscription
The device plan is tied to a Sunrise mobile subscription and cannot be taken out separately.
