Block services

Block individual services (090x numbers, calls to foreign countries, roaming, mobile Internet, MMS) in My Sunrise.

Block connections – password for blocks

To block selected connections, you will need the password for blocks.

Initial password: 1111

Key combination to change the password: *03*330* old password*new password*new password# call button

Example: *03*330*1111*2222*2222# call button

(1111 = old password, 2222 = new password)

Block incoming calls

Turn on: *35* password # call button

Turn off: #35* password # call button

Block outgoing calls

Turn on: *33* password # call button

Turn off: #33* password # call button

Block international calls to foreign countries

Turn on: *331* password # call button

Turn off: #331* password # call button

Block incoming calls while abroad

Turn on: *351* password # call button

Turn off: #351* password # call button

Block outgoing international calls while abroad

Turn on: *332* password # call button

Turn off: #332* password # call button

Please note: Calls within the foreign country that the customer is visiting and within Switzerland are still possible.

Block individual numbers

Sunrise cannot block individual numbers.

You can usually put individual numbers on a blacklist on your phone – check your device’s instructions for more information on this.

Delete all blocks

Sunrise call memo is a free info service. If your mobile phone is switched off or has no reception, we will inform you about missed calls via SMS.

Turn on: SMS reading MEMO ON to 935

Turn off: SMS reading MEMO OFF to 935

Check status: SMS reading MEMO STATUS to 935

With this service, you will receive an acoustic and visual signal if you receive a call while you are already on another call.

Press the OK button to accept the waiting call and to put the current call on hold. To return to the first call, press OK again. You can use the OK button to switch back and forth between the two calls.

Turn on: *43# call button

Turn off: #43# call button

With this service, you will be notified by SMS as soon as the contact you want to call becomes available again.

Turn on: SMS reading CONTACT ON to 935

Turn off: SMS reading CONTACT OFF to 935

With this service, the caller will be notified by SMS as soon as you are available again.

Turn on: SMS reading NOTIFY ON to 935

Turn off: SMS reading NOTIFY OFF to 935

Your phone number will be withheld for this call.
