There is no TV sound on all channels

What you can do

Restart your Sunrise TV Box

Check that all cables are plugged in correctly. Then start the Sunrise TV Box by unplugging it and plugging it back in after 10 seconds. Wait until the box has completely restarted, then check whether the problem has been resolved.

Make sure that your TV is not on mute

Please check whether you have accidentally muted your TV or if the volume is set too low.

Check your home cinema system

If you have a home cinema and are using an AV (audio video) receiver, please check the relevant connection. The best way to do this is to follow the instructions for your home cinema system to make sure that the receiver is connected correctly.

Try using a direct connection via an HDMI cable

Connect your Sunrise TV Box directly to your TV set via an HDMI cable. This means that no other devices (such as an AV receiver) may be connected intermediately.

Please check your HDMI or audio cable

Please ensure that the HDMI or audio cable (if a specific audio cable is used) is plugged in correctly and free from damage. If the cable is damaged, please order a new one.
