    1. Log in to My Sunrise.
    2. Go to «My Products» and select «Sunrise Up TV XL».
    3. First click on «OnePlus» and then on «Resend invitation».

    You will then receive an e-mail. Please follow the instructions it contains.

    A oneplus Premium subscription is included free with the Sunrise Up TV XL subscription.

    How to link oneplus to your Sunrise Up TV XL subscription:

    1. Log in to My Sunrise.
    2. Go to «My Products» and select «Sunrise TV».
    3. Click on «OnePlus» and then on «Send invitation».
    4. You will receive an e-mail which you can use to create a new oneplus account or to link an existing oneplus account to your Sunrise Up TV XL subscription.
    5. Open the oneplus app on your TV Box under Apps.
    6. Enter your registered e-mail address as your user name and password. If you are asked to scan a QR code, please follow the instructions that follow. as of January 1 of the following year.

    If you have a Sunrise TV subscription that doesn’t include oneplus, proceed as follows:

    1. Press the «Home button» on your remote control.
    2. Open the oneplus app.
    3. Create a customer account or log in with your existing oneplus account.
    4. Select your payment method.

    You can manage your oneplus subscription online at any time using this link.

    Please note: If you have a Sunrise Up TV XL subscription, then oneplus Premium is already included and cannot be changed.

    You can request a new password at any time. To do so, click on the link here, enter your e-mail address and request a new password via e-mail.

    1. Go to the menu and select «Account».
    2. Click on «Manage subscription».
    3. Select «Cancel subscription». Your Premium or Friend & Family subscription will continue until the end of the billing period. It will then automatically be converted to a «Free» subscription.

    Important: If you cancel Sunrise TV, your oneplus Premium subscription will also automatically be converted to a «Free» subscription.
