    TV App installation for your Samsung Smart TV

    How to download the app

    1. Press the Home button on your remote control.

    2. Go to Apps and press OK.

    3. Open the Samsung App Store and search for «Sunrise TV NEW».

    4. Select the app and click Install.

    5. Follow the on-screen instructions and sign in with your My Sunrise login details.

    After installing the new Sunrise TV App, you can delete the previous one.

    Important

    • The new Sunrise TV App (Sunrise TV NEW) is available for Samsung TVs from model year 2021 onwards that use Tizen OS 6.0 or later.

    • Samsung TVs from model years 2019 and 2020 can continue to use the existing Sunrise TV App.
