Unsolicited advertising - E-mail

In general, you should be able to unsubscribe from newsletters yourself, usually by clicking on a link at the bottom of the e-mail.

Alternatively, and depending on your e-mail provider, you can mark any unsolicited e-mails as spam.

If the e-mail does not contain this kind of link, please send the e-mail you received to:: abuse@sunrise.net.

Unsolicited advertising - SMS

SMS spam is an unsolicited, randomly sent SMS message received from an unknown sender.

Sunrise tries to stop as many SMS spam messages as possible from third-party providers. You might still receive a spam message via SMS. If so, we recommend that you do not respond to those SMS messages.

You may contact the provider of the premium SMS directly by phone or e-mail to unsubscribe.
