Determine the time and place of your device delivery yourself

  • At the desired time, your delivery can be taken to your usual shipping address or one of the 2,500 pickup points all over Switzerland
  • Conveniently track your shipment online, we will also notify you via SMS or e-mail once your delivery is ready to pick up at the pickup point
  • You can pay any additional costs directly via credit card on the Sunrise MyDelivery platform

  • Sunrise MyDelivery services are in principle available for all hardware orders (devices, accessories). This does not include orders involving Swiss Post identification confirmation, and payment on delivery or express shipments.

  • You must select the delivery method on time, in order to ensure that MyDelivery can use your preferred delivery method. The exact times are shown in the following overview:

    Same Day Delivery

    (Delivery on the same business day between 5 and 8 p.m.)

    TimeSelection until 9:00 a.m.

    Evening Delivery

    (Evening delivery between 5 and 8 p.m. on the next business day)

    TimeSelection until 4:00 p.m.

    Saturday Delivery

    (Saturday daytime delivery)

    TimeSelection until Friday, 4:00 p.m.

    Weekderay Delivery

    (Delivery on a business day during the day)

    TimeSelection until 4:00 p.m.

    Midnight Order

    (Delivery on the next business day between 5 and 8 p.m. (accessories only))

    TimeSelection until 12:59 p.m.
  • No MyDelivery SMS or e-mail received
    If the contact details are not correct, the shipment will be sent to the shipping address in our files. You can no longer make any changes via Sunrise MyDelivery.

    Package not available for pick-up
    Your package is being sent to the shipping address on file.
