You will receive a detailed statement of your Sunrise account via e-mail or mail. The account statement covers the past 24 months.

In My Sunrise you can order a copy of your account statement for the last 24 months by mail or e-mail:
Tip
In My Sunrise, you can view your current account statement as well as your last six bills around the clock, download them as PDF files, or request to be sent a copy of them by mail (CHF 5.– per bill copy). Here you can also pay your bill directly online, and you can find an overview of unpaid sums, due dates, and the billing assistant.
