In My Sunrise you can transfer your subscription with all rights and obligations to a different person:
How it works:
Here's a step-by-step guide to what happens when you click on «Change owner».
Person A: Current subscription owner
Person B: Future subscription owner
Person A
Clicks on «Change owner» and logs in to My Sunrise.
Selects the plan they want to transfer and clicks on «Go to the product» (e.g., Up TV XL).
A change of ownership is not always possible (e.g., if there are unpaid bills).
Person A
Enters person B's contact information (phone or email).
Selects a transfer date and clicks on «Confirm».
Please allow approximately two to three weeks for processing once person B has submitted all the necessary information. The change-of-ownership process will only start once all the necessary identification steps have been completed successfully.
Person B receives an SMS or email with further instructions.
Person B checks the subscription information and confirms by clicking on «Next».
Depending on the type of customer, there are two possibilities:
1. Person B is already a Sunrise customer: They must log in to My Sunrise directly and confirm the transfer.
2. Person B is a new customer: They must verify their identity through an ID check. A valid ID is required for this. Select: «Scan now» or «Scan later».

Checks personal information and amends it where necessary.
Confirms by clicking on «Transfer subscription» – finished!
Tip
You can transfer ownership at any time in your My Sunrise customer account. Simply select the product you want to transfer. You’ll find the «Change owner» link at the bottom right of the Overview page.
