Connect Box 3

The Sunrise Connect Box 3 can be identified by its black color, the slender form and mesh on the front of the device.

Please note: Make sure you return your devices in time, otherwise we may charge you a fee for missed returnals.

How do I return my device?

If we have contacted you to return your device, follow the steps below.

Note: If we have not contacted you (via mail, email or a call from an agent), you don't have to worry about returning your device.

1. Create a return label or download the QR code


1a. Create a return label

Simply enter your personal details in the form below to request your return label. If you want to return multiple devices, you can place them all in one package using one return label. Please note that a printed label can only be used once.

1b. Download the QR code to your phone

With the generated QR code, you can drop off the package without a printed label at a Päckli Point location. Simply show the QR code.
Please note that a downloaded QR code can only be used once.

2. Place the label on your package (only for 1a, label printing)

Please make sure that you affix the label carefully and in a clearly visible location at the right bottom of the largest side of the package.

3. Return the device

You can return the device at one of the more than 1,200 Päckli Punkt stations.
