How to use Disney+ with your Premium Plus subscription

As a customer with a Sunrise Premium Plus subscription, Disney+ Standard with adds is already included in your subscription.

Activate Disney+ step by step: Whether you want to activate it via your Sunrise TV Box with the remote control or online via your My Sunrise customer portal, we’ll show you what to do here.

Activate Disney+ via remote control

1. Turn on the Sunrise TV Box

On your Sunrise TV, navigate to «TV Shop» on the main menu and press «OK» on the remote control.

2. In the TV Shop

Navigate to «My subscriptions» and press «OK».

3. Activate Premium Plus

Under the «My subscriptions» category, you’ll see all your active subscriptions. Select Premium Plus (marked with «!») and press «OK» again on the remote control to activate your Premium Plus subscription.

4. The QR code will load

Loading can take up to three minutes.

Please don't turn off the Sunrise TV Box during this time.

5. Scan the QR code

To activate Disney+, scan the QR code on your TV screen with your mobile device. You’ll be redirected to the Disney+ registration page.

Important: Once you start the activation, please complete it within one hour – after that, the link (token) will expire.

6. Register for Disney+

This will take you to the Disney+ registration page on your mobile device.

Please follow the instructions on your mobile device's screen.

QR code is no longer needed. The screen shows a smartphone with a checkmark on the right and the message: “Have you finished activationg your subscription? Complete activation to see the next steps.” Two buttons below: “Close” and “Activate at a later time via e-mail.”

7. Complete registration

After completing your registration for Disney+, close the window on your TV screen by clicking on «OK» («Close»).

8. Confirm by clicking «OK»

Press «OK» («Go to Apps») to continue.

9. Open the Disney+ app

The app screen will appear. Navigate to Disney+ and press «OK».

10. Log in to Disney+

You’re now in the Disney+ app. Select «Log in» and press «OK».

Note: You only need to log in to the Disney+ app on your TV once. Your login information will be saved after the initial setup.

11. Enter email address

Enter the email address you used on the Disney+ registration page.

12. Enter password

Enter the password you set on the Disney+ registration page.

13. Discover Disney+

Disney+ is now activated.
