    Emergency overview

    The Emergency page is where you can take action and obtain live updates if your system is triggered.
    Set up emergency contacts

    Define who to notify in case of an emergency and how to do so (e.g. via call, SMS or email). Tap the “+” icon in the top right corner of the home screen and navigate to “Add emergency contact.”



    Alternatively, you can also set up your emergency contacts via the settings:

    Tap the cog icon → ""Emergency contacts"" → ""Add contact"" → ""Contact details"".

    If an alarm is triggered, all the available contact methods for a person will be used at the same time.

    Note: Ideally, fill in only the preferred contact method in the contact details.

    How emergency notifications are sent:

    • Sequential notification
      For alarms triggered by contact sensors or motion detectors (motion detector, photo motion detector), emergency contacts are notified one after the other in the sequence listed.

    • Simultaneous notification
      For SOS alerts or Smoke Detector alarms, all emergency contacts are notified at the same time.
