How does the Guard Response work
Guard dispatched when alarm is triggered.
Customer can cancel for free within the first 3min.
Guard will be on site within 30min.
Guard will check the property from outside.
Guard will upload a report and (if useful) pictures.
Customer receives this information within the app.
Guard then either
a) Calls the police
b) Stays on site until someone arrives.

Service details
If an emergency occurs at the insured location, Zurich Insurance will organize the specialists to take the necessary immediate measures. An emergency is defined as the occurrence of a sudden event which, without immediate action, causes damage or exacerbates damage that has already occurred.
The insurance covers the costs for the one-off deployment of the specialist called out up to a maximum of CHF 1,000 per event.
Psychological support: Free psychological counseling after an incident by a qualified doctor, psychologist or psychiatrist of choice (up to a maximum of CHF 1000)
Handyman service: Free emergency handyman service for all kinds of repairs after an incident (up to a maximum of CHF 1000)
Locksmith service: Free emergency locksmith service in case of lost keys. (up to a maximum of CHF 1000)
Electrician and plumbing service: Free electrician and plumbing service in the event of a power outage or problems with drains and hot water (up to a maximum of CHF 1000)
