For the best Internet performance, place the device near a window or in an open area with a strong mobile signal. Use the signal indicator on the display to find the location with the best reception. Avoid placing the device inside cabinets, behind large objects, or near sources of interference.

Installation
The activation message confirms that your Internet connection is active and that you can start installing your device.
Check your order status anytime in My Sunrise under Activities.
If you haven’t received the activation message yet, please wait until you get it before starting the set-up process.
Note: If this is a replacement device, you do not need an activation link. It is only required for the initial installation of the modem.
Place the modem close to a window to get the best possible signal.
Plug your modem into a power outlet and turn it on.

The interactive screen will guide you through the installation process to find the best signal and connected to the WiFi.
