Where can I find my PIN and PUK?

Option 2: You can find your original PIN and your PUK on the back of the SIM-card carrier:
I’ve forgotten my PIN or have entered it incorrectly
If you’ve forgotten your PIN, please enter the wrong PIN intentionally three times in a row. Afterwards, your mobile will ask for the PUK. Once you’ve entered the PUK correctly, you can set a new PIN.
I want to change my PIN
Enter an incorrect PIN three times
Intentionally enter an incorrect PIN three times in a row.
Enter the PUK
Enter your PUK to unlock the SIM again.
Select a new PIN
Now you can select and enter a new PIN of your choice.
I’ve entered the PUK incorrectly ten times
If you’ve entered the PUK incorrectly ten times, your SIM will be deactivated and you’ll need a new SIM. You can order a new SIM here:
