Retrieve PIN and PUK code

Forgot your PIN code or want to reset it? Your original PIN code can be found on the SIM card carrier. You can also find your PUK code in your My Sunrise customer account.

Forgotten your PIN code

If you have forgotten your PIN code, please intentionally enter an incorrect PIN code 3 times. Your mobile phone then asks for the PUK code. Once you have entered this correctly, you can set a new PIN code.

PUK entered incorrectly

If you enter the PUK code incorrectly 10x, we deactivate your SIM. You need a replacement SIM.

Block / unblock SIM

In My Sunrise you can block or unblock your SIM online at any time:

Check the SIM card carrier

Your SIM card came in a SIM card carrier.
You will find your original PIN code and the PUK code on the back of the card carrier.

Change PIN code

You will need your PUK code to change the PIN code.

Enter an incorrect PIN code three times

First enter an incorrect PIN code on your mobile phone three times.

SIM blocked

Your SIM card is now blocked.

Enter the PUK code

Enter your PUK code to unblock the SIM card again.
