    • Changing the PIN code for parental control

    Sunrise TV Box / Sunrise TV app

    If you have never changed the PIN code before, the default PIN code is: 0000


    This is how you can change the PIN code for your TV Box:

    1. Open the settings.

    2. Click on «Parental Control» and select «Change PIN».

    NOT AVAILABLE

    Because the Sunrise TV Box and the Sunrise TV app are synchronized, the personal PIN code will be transferred automatically.

    If you have forgotten your PIN, you can easily reset it on the Sunrise TV app or at sunrisetv.ch in the settings under «Parental Control».
