Help and support with DAZN
As a Sunrise customer, you can easily subscribe to DAZN directly through Sunrise. The cost of your DAZN subscription will conveniently be billed via your monthly Sunrise invoice.
Here you'll find out how to activate, manage, and cancel DAZN if needed.
On your Sunrise TV, go to «TV Shop» in the main menu.
Under the «Sport» category, choose DAZN.
Select your DAZN subscription and confirm it with your PIN.

Yes. After purchasing the DAZN option from Sunrise, you will receive an activation email with instructions on how to link your existing DAZN account.
The link in the email is valid for 7 days and can only be used once. If you need more time, you can send a new activation email to your email address at any time via My Sunrise.

After purchasing the DAZN TV option (via My Sunrise, Sunrise Shop or Call Center), you will receive an activation email from Sunrise with instructions on how to complete the registration to use the streaming app. As soon as the registration is complete, you can use DAZN.
Note: Please remember your username and password that you use for your DAZN account.

To use DAZN immediately, book the service directly through your Sunrise TV Box. To do so, go to the “TV Shop” on the “Home” screen. Activation is quick and easy using the QR code displayed on the screen.
Try to log in to DAZN. If you have forgotten your email address, you can find instructions in the DAZN Help Center.
If you have forgotten your DAZN password, you can reset it on the DAZN homepage.

You can select your preferred language in your DAZN account under "Audio": German, French, Italian, or English.
However, please note that commentary may not be available in the selected language for all events.
Usually, live sports broadcasts are available as replays or highlights for a certain period after the end of the live stream, often for at least 7 days, but sometimes for a longer or shorter period, depending on the competition and the acquired licensing rights.
You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time; the membership remains active for another 30 days. After that, the membership ends and you will no longer have access to the content on DAZN.
You can cancel the annual subscription at any time; the membership continues until the end of the billing period.
Note: You can cancel DAZN anytime using your TV remote in the TV Shop. To do so, press the Home button on your remote and go to "TV Shop" / "My Subscriptions".
