How to use Disney+ with your Premium Plus subscription
As a customer with a Sunrise Premium Plus subscription, Disney+ Standard with adds is already included in your subscription.
Activate Disney+ step by step: Whether you want to activate it via your Sunrise TV Box with the remote control or online via your My Sunrise customer portal, we’ll show you what to do here.

Activate Disney+ via remote control

On your Sunrise TV, navigate to «TV Shop» on the main menu and press «OK» on the remote control.

Navigate to «My subscriptions» and press «OK».

Under the «My subscriptions» category, you’ll see all your active subscriptions. Select Premium Plus (marked with «!») and press «OK» again on the remote control to activate your Premium Plus subscription.

Loading can take up to three minutes.
Please don't turn off the Sunrise TV Box during this time.

To activate Disney+, scan the QR code on your TV screen with your mobile device. You’ll be redirected to the Disney+ registration page.
Important: Once you start the activation, please complete it within one hour – after that, the link (token) will expire.

This will take you to the Disney+ registration page on your mobile device.
Please follow the instructions on your mobile device's screen.

After completing your registration for Disney+, close the window on your TV screen by clicking on «OK» («Close»).

Press «OK» («Go to Apps») to continue.

The app screen will appear. Navigate to Disney+ and press «OK».

You’re now in the Disney+ app. Select «Log in» and press «OK».
Note: You only need to log in to the Disney+ app on your TV once. Your login information will be saved after the initial setup.

Enter the email address you used on the Disney+ registration page.

Enter the password you set on the Disney+ registration page.

Disney+ is now activated.

Activate Disney+ via My Sunrise

Log in using your My Sunrise login details. Your user name is either your email address, mobile number, customer number or landline number.

After logging in, you’ll see an overview of all your active products and subscriptions.

Select «My products» (marked in red) on the menu on the left.
Click on your TV subscription (e.g., Up TV L Home).

You’re now on your TV subscription's overview page.
Select «Overview» (top left) to see more details.

On the details page, you’ll see all the streaming services available at the top right under «Streaming apps».
Click on «Manage» to proceed to the activation process.

In the pop-up window, you’ll see streaming services that haven’t yet been activated.
For Disney+, click on «Resend invite».

You’ll automatically receive an email and SMS at the same address you used to log in to My Sunrise. Follow the link in the message.

Open the app screen of your Sunrise TV. Navigate to Disney+ and press «OK».
