  1. Press the Home button on the menu of your TV.

  2. Find the apps menu and press OK.

  3. Find the Sky app and press OK.

  4. Select the Sky service you want (Sky Show or Sky Sport).

  5. Select your preferred payment method.

  6. Provide authentication by entering your user name and password:

    • Sunrise customers: Enter the user name and password for your Sunrise TV App (not your My Sunrise customer account).

    • UPC customers: Enter the user name and password for your My UPC customer account.

  7. Complete the membership registration process. The Sky service will be available immediately.

Yes. Any programs shown on Sky Sport and Sky Show can be accessed up to seven days after their first broadcast.

  • Rented movies are available for you to watch for 48 hours from the moment you first stream them.

  • Purchased movies are available for you to access at any time in your user account.

The app is available in German (and English). Content is broadcast with German audio, and for some «Hot from the US» content in English.

You can request a new password at any time. To do so, click on the link here, enter your e-mail address or mobile number and request a new password.

All offers are non-binding and can be canceled via your user account at any time.

You need to cancel the service online. If you do not want your pass/subscription to be renewed automatically after the end of the current period: 

  1. Simply log in to the Sky website.

  2. Go to my account and click on «Manage/deactivate».

  3. Select the relevant subscription.

  4. Enter a reason and confirm your choice. 

A confirmation of your cancellation will be sent automatically to your e-mail address.
