Help and support with blue Sport

As a Sunrise customer, you can easily subscribe to blue Sport directly through Sunrise. The cost of your blue Sport subscription will conveniently be billed via your monthly Sunrise invoice.

Here you'll find out how to activate, manage, and cancel blue Sport if needed.

  1. Go to "TV Shop" in the main menu on your Sunrise TV.

  2. Under the "Sport" category, select Sport Plus.

  3. A pop-up window will then open, displaying two QR codes in succession.

  4. Scan the first QR code with your mobile phone => you will be redirected to the DAZN website. Follow the instructions there and complete the registration process.

  5. Then scan the second QR code => you will be redirected to the Sky website. Follow the instructions there as well and complete the registration process.

Yes, during the registration process you will be asked if you already have a subscription. Please follow the instructions and enter your existing login details to link the account. If you need more time, you can send a new activation email to your email address at any time via My Sunrise.

Purchase in the Sunrise TV menu under "TV Shop"

  • During the purchase process, you will be prompted to scan two QR codes and complete the registration process on your mobile phone.

  • After activation, you can log in to the DAZN app and the Sky Sport app on your TV box using the login details from the registration process and immediately enjoy the sports content.

Purchase in My Sunrise

  • After purchasing the Sport Plus option in My Sunrise, you must first activate the service.

  • You will receive an activation email from Sunrise with instructions to complete the registration.

  • Once both registrations are completed, you can log in to the DAZN app and the Sky Sport app and enjoy the sports content.

Important: Remember your username and password.

Tip:

To use Sport Plus immediately, subscribe to the service directly via your Sunrise TV Box. Navigate to the "TV Shop" on the "Home" screen. Activation is quick and easy via the QR code displayed on your Sunrise TV screen.

You can find your email address directly on your TV Box, on the "Home" screen under "TV Shop" and then under "My Subscriptions".

Alternatively, you can follow these steps to find the registered email address:

  1. Open the app and log in: open the DAZN or Sky Sport app and log in.

  2. Go to the profile section: navigate to your profile or account area, usually accessible via an icon or menu in the top right corner of the app.

  3. Account settings: in the account settings, you should be able to see the registered email address.

If you have difficulties finding your email address, you can also contact DAZN or Sky Sport customer support.

If you have forgotten your DAZN password, you can reset it on the DAZN homepage.

Sky Sport
If you have forgotten your Sky Sport password, you can reset it on the Sky homepage.

DAZN
You can select your preferred languages under "Audio" in your DAZN account: German, French, Italian, or English.
Please note, however, that commentary in the selected language may not be available for all events.

Sky Sport
The available commentary languages are shown in the schedule on the Sky website. Just look for the flags indicating the available languages. The available languages vary and depend on the competition.

The option can be canceled monthly, but not before one year has passed.

During the 12 months, switching to a monthly subscription is not possible.
The duration of the option is 12 months and will automatically renew for another 12 months if the subscription is not canceled.
Example: Purchase = 30.06.2025, cancel by 30.06.2026 at the latest, otherwise the contract will be extended by another 12 months.

You can cancel this service at any time using your TV remote control in the TV Shop.
To do so, press the Home button on your remote and go to "TV Shop" / "My Subscriptions".
