    Bill by email

    You receive the bill as a PDF by email and pay it via e-banking or direct debit.

    Please fill in the following fields:

    Bill by post

    You receive the bill by post and pay it via e-banking or at the post office counter, with a handling fee charged for payments at the post office.

    eBill

    The bill goes directly into your e-banking account, in your eBill mailbox, and can be paid quickly and securely with just a few clicks.

    Attention:
    Registration for eBill does not take place via this form. Instead, follow these steps:

    1. Become an e-banking customer at your bank or at PostFinance.

    2. Log in to your e-banking portal and register for eBill.

    3. In the eBill section of your e-banking portal, you will find a list of participating billers.
      Select “UPC cable connection c/o Sunrise GmbH” as your biller from this list.
      Then fill in the registration form.

    4. Note: You will need your customer/reference number and your bill number, which you can find on your last bill.

    5. You will now conveniently receive our bills electronically via e-banking.


    Direct Debit

    Simply register the direct debit with your bank and your outstanding bills will be settled automatically in the future.

    Attention:
    Registration for direct debit does not take place via this form. Instead, download the PDF form and send it fully completed and signed to the indicated address.
