New billing of the cable connection

Billing directly by Sunrise

Your home is also connected to Sunrise’s ultra-fast fiber optic network. Your household is thereby well prepared for all future challenges. Your UPC cable connection already allows you to use more than 90 TV channels and 197 radio stations on as many devices as you like, without an additional box. In the future, you will no longer receive the service of this UPC cable connection through your administration, but directly from Sunrise GmbH. You will thus receive a separate invoice.

What this means for you

You don’t need to do anything. In the future, you will receive only one invoice for the UPC cable connection.

To continue using the UPC cable connection, please pay the invoice sent by post. By paying, you accept the General Terms and Conditions (GTC). If you are currently not using the connection, you can contact us at the following number: 0800 66 88 66.

With this adjustment, either the corresponding cost item on your ancillary cost statement or your rent should be adjusted. If this adjustment has not been made, please contact your landlord or property management.
