The cable connection billing is simplified

Billing directly by Sunrise

You use products such as Internet, TV, or telephony from Sunrise. The necessary cable connection has so far been billed through your administration via rent or ancillary costs. In the future, the billing of the UPC cable connection will be carried out directly by Sunrise.

What this means for you

From now on, you will receive all invoices for the use of the UPC cable connection directly from Sunrise GmbH. Everything else remains unchanged and you don’t need to take any action. Your Internet, TV, and/or telephone connections will continue without interruption.

With this billing adjustment, either the corresponding cost item on your ancillary cost statement or your rent should be adjusted. Therefore, double billing is excluded. If this adjustment has not been made, please contact your landlord or property management.

The switch will happen automatically over the next few weeks, and you don’t have to do anything.
