Poor TV picture quality
Follow the steps below to fix the problem.
Check the cable
Poor picture quality is usually caused by signal interference. Please check the cable connection between the TV and the wall outlet:
Make sure the cable is properly plugged in at both ends.
Unplug and replug the cable at both the TV and the wall outlet.
Ensure that neither the cable nor the wall outlet show visible damage.
The TV must be directly connected to the wall outlet. Make sure only one cable is used, without splitters or signal distributors in between.
The cable should have a maximum length of 10 meters.
