No TV signal

Follow the steps below to fix the problem.

1
Check service status

Interruptions due to maintenance work or unforeseen events can unfortunately never be completely ruled out. Our technicians ensure that issues are resolved as quickly as possible.

Check here if there are any current service notices or disruptions in your area:

2
Check the cable

If there is no current service disruption, check the cable connections between the TV and the wall outlet:

  • Make sure the cable is properly plugged in at both ends.

  • Unplug and replug the cable at both the TV and the wall outlet.

  • Ensure that neither the cable nor the wall outlet show visible damage.

  • The TV must be directly connected to the wall outlet. Make sure only one cable is used, without splitters or signal distributors in between.

  • The cable should have a maximum length of 10 meters.

3
Check input / signal

Make sure the correct signal source is selected on the TV. Depending on the manufacturer and device, the exact designation may vary but is usually "Digital TV", "DTV", or "TV". The input should not be, for example, "HDMI" or "Ext.", as the TV would then expect a signal from a connected device (e.g., DVD player, VCR, etc.).
