    Follow the steps below to fix the problem.

    Check mute

    Make sure you haven’t accidentally pressed the mute button or that the volume isn’t set to minimum.

    Change audio track

    If only certain channels are affected, it may be that these channels do not broadcast programs in the selected language. To change the language, you need to switch the audio track (dual audio). Help can be found in your TV’s user manual.
